help with registration
- Registering for an account is quick and easy, our customer portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to suit your busy lifestyle.
- Please click the ‘register now’ option from the help section and then simply tell us your email address, mobile number, your tenancy reference number and your date of birth.
- Choose ‘submit’ and you will then receive an email with a verification code which you must use to complete your registration. Please note this code expires overnight.
- When you register for our customer portal, we check the information you have entered against the information held on our systems.
- If the information entered doesn’t match, you will see an error message on screen. Please try registering again being careful to check over the information you are entering as they must match exactly.
If you’re still having problems registering, there could be a few reasons:
- Date of Birth – please check you’ve entered your date of birth correctly. Click into the date of birth box, then choose the month bar at the top, then choose the year bar. This will allow you to select your year of birth first, then the month, then the day.
- You are a new tenant – if you’ve just started your tenancy with us, you may need to wait for up to seven days before you can register your account.
- You’re already registered – if you see a message saying you already have an account, please choose the ‘already registered’ option from the help section to login to your account.

If you are using a shared computer, just follow these simple rules to keep your private information safe.
- When you log-in, your browser may offer to remember your password. Always click "no" to make sure that your personal information cannot be accessed by anyone else.
- Always log-off when you have finished. Simply click "settings" and select "log-off"

If you’re having problems logging into our customer portal, please try resetting your password.
- To do this just choose the forgot password option from the login page, you will then be asked to enter your registered email address and date of birth. We will send you a temporary password to your email address and you can use this to login into your account. I have forgotten my password
- If your email address isn’t recognised, it could be that you registered with a different email address. Please visit the login page and enter another email address.
